I stopped into the bakery on Thursday morning to pick up some items to take back with me to Philly. Just wanted to tell you that everything was delicious! I bought a ghost cookie, a banana nut muffin, a slice chocolate PB mousse cake, vanilla cupcake (loved the frosting), an oatmeal cookie (which my mother said was delicious), a chocolate cherry chip bar and a chocolate PB cookie. My only regret is that I didn't buy more items but I was limited to what I could carry on the plane. :-) I hope my work travels take me back to Columbus soon---otherwise, I will have to have some items shipped. Thanks for making such yummy baked goods!

well that is nuts...so sorry this happened to you and on such short notice like that...you would think that if they expected such things to be done, you would have been notified in writing or by email weeks prior to the event...keep rocking!

Well, both the conservatory and we (based on past festival experience) thought that we could bring our goodies unwrapped, in bins, with gloves + paper tissue to grab them. In this case the health inspector present wanted us to either have all products wrapped (which was not possible based on the items we brought) or a three compartment dishwashing system and handwashing station, and she gave us 30 minutes to have this system in place, which was not possible. Thanks for your concern!
